Terms and Conditions


These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by our company, including vehicle recovery, transportation, roadside assistance and related services. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms.


1. Definitions


“Company” means the service provider.
“Customer” means the person requesting or receiving the service.
“Vehicle” means any car, van, motorcycle, caravan or other transported item.


2. Services Provided


We offer breakdown recovery, roadside assistance, accident recovery, vehicle transportation, jump starts, fuel delivery, tyre assistance and similar services.
All services are subject to availability and weather or traffic conditions.


3. Pricing and Payment


All prices will be confirmed before the service is carried out.
Additional charges may apply for:
• waiting time
• extra labour
• difficult access
• winching
• long-distance transport
• tolls or congestion charges
Payment is required on completion of the service unless agreed otherwise.
We accept cash, card or online payment.


4. Cancellations


If a customer cancels after a driver has been dispatched, a call-out fee will still apply.
If the customer is not present at the agreed location, the booking may be cancelled and a call-out fee charged.


5. Customer Responsibilities


The customer must provide accurate information, including:
• pickup and drop-off addresses
• vehicle condition (does it roll, steer, start, go into neutral)
• vehicle size and weight
• access limitations
The customer is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is safe to load and transport.


6. Vehicle Condition


We are not responsible for mechanical or electrical faults that occur before, during or after transportation.
We take reasonable care of every vehicle, but we are not liable for:
• pre-existing damage
• hidden faults
• loose parts or accessories
• leaks or fluid loss
Photos may be taken before loading to document the vehicle condition.


7. Delays and Arrival Times


All arrival times are estimates.
Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, road closures or other factors outside our control.
We are not liable for any losses caused by delays.


8. Personal Belongings


Customers must remove personal items from the vehicle before transport.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged belongings left inside the vehicle.


9. Liability


Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
We are not responsible for:
• loss of income
• missed appointments
• additional expenses
• indirect or consequential loss
Customers accept all risks related to the transport of non-running or heavily damaged vehicles.


10. Refusal of Service


We reserve the right to refuse service if:
• the location is unsafe
• the vehicle is overloaded or illegal
• the customer behaves abusively
• providing the service may cause damage or risk


11. Insurance


We carry public liability insurance.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their own vehicle insurance covers recovery or transportation if required.


12. Data Protection


We only collect information necessary for providing our services.
Customer data will not be shared with third parties except where legally required.


13. Governing Law


These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be handled under UK jurisdiction.
